Cancellations MUST be in writing. Cancellations are effective once we have received and acknowledged it with a Cancellation email.

Our Cancellation schedule:
120 days or more prior to arrival - 20% of total rent as a cancellation fee
60- 119 days prior to arrival - 50% of total rent as a cancellation fee
59 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee

Deposit Policy

Deposit and Payments:
A 50% deposit is required at booking. Reservations are NOT confirmed until deposit has been received.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Todo estuvo increíble , la zona es muy tranquila , tienes todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa , muy cómodo todo , el lugar es muy recomendable y está tal cual a las imágenes , este año volveré a hospedarme con ustedes

Tracey and Kolten were great hosts, excellent communication with us throughout our stay. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo, the view and the amenities provided. The condo is in a great location, close to town and easy to get to all the beaches. Glad we had a car to get around as it’s not that walkable, however taxis are easy to come by too.
Thanks for a lovely stay, we definitely would recommend this place to others.

Me encantó el departamento, Tracey nos atendio muy bien y el precio vs calidad es espectacular, una hermosa vista y alberca bonita. Los aires funcionan muy bien.
El único detalle que nunca había visto en un airbnb es que te cobran la luz que consumas al finalizar la reserva a 5 veces el costo que se cobra en méxico.
